The Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education has made life easier for everyone in Nevada who is involved in selling or serving alcohol, and is therefore required to complete an alcohol awareness program by allowing two companies to offer the courses online.
With a change in the law removing renewal courses—thus forcing people to endure the entire session every four years—the online offerings provide a welcomed relief by allowing people to complete their certification with a more flexible schedule.
The two companies cleared to offer the online courses are TAM of Nevada and LRS Systems. Those who have opted for online traffic school may well recognize the name of the latter. LRS is also the only company in the state to offer both live and online classes.
