NCAA March Madness 07 for Xbox 360 and Playstation 2
![]()
Packed with everything that a fan would see at a campus basketball game, March Madness lets players take control of one of the most competitive events that academia has to offer. Players can once again take their favorite underdog team to the championship, plow through courts with the established champions, or simply recruit some graduating high school all-stars and build their own dynasty.
March Madness comes with a ton of features on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 2 systems. For example, if you’re on a roll while playing it on Playstation 2, you can activate the Go-To-Guy feature and dish the ball off to key players to finish plays with better accuracy. On Xbox 360, you may just want to enjoy the power graphics and take in the realistic environments as you play on authentic college courts. Or if you merely get bored of playing, you can read live news updates on real games through a direct link through either system to ESPN.
One interesting aspect of March Madness is the level of influence that the atmosphere has on the players. If you have a lot of momentum and the fans are cheering, odds are that you are on your way to victory. On the other hand, if you start to lose your cool, your player could lose it for the whole team.
Like many sports games, March Madness can also be incredibly addicting to play. You’d better be careful, though, that you don’t play it so much that you won’t have time to watch the real thing.
Then again, it’s a lot more fun to bet on the games that you can actual control.
