Las Vegas Hilton Vice President of Communications and Community Relations Ira David Sternberg’s weekly television, radio and internet show promoting Las Vegas, Lunchtime with Ira, Live from the Las Vegas Hilton, debuted on Clark County Television (Cox channel 4) on Thursday, January 11. First airings will be shown on Thursdays with reruns scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays at noon at 8 p.m.
The show is recorded live every Monday at noon, and features Sternberg talking to various community and state leaders, as well as the host of celebrities, entertainers and personalities who abound in Las Vegas.
“We’re delighted that viewers of CCTV will get a chance to see many of the fascinating people who make this community a vibrant place to live in or visit,” Sternberg said.
Some community leaders who have appeared on the program are Rossi Ralenkotter, president and CEO or the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority; Stewart Mann, dean of the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration; Don Snyder, chairman of the Las Vegas Performing Arts Center Foundation; Curtis Myles, Las Vegas Monorail president; and Regional Transportation Commission General Manager Jacob Snow.
