Handicapping Hoops
The College Basketball Challenge at Leroy’s properties displays a treasured tradition—handicapping contests.
Bragging rights and cash accompany victory in the January-through-March competition. Each contestant must select seven games against the spread from the challenge card. Only Saturday games are included. The contest runs from January 4 through March 8 and the entry fee is $250.
The number of entries will determine the final prize. The winner receives 30 percent. Leroy’s Race and Sports Book properties in Las Vegas include Tropicana, Riviera, Hooters and Sahara.
