If you caught any episode of the third season of Hell’s Kitchen, you already know what Rock Harper brings to the kitchen. He’s a solid leader, confident in his abilities and not shy about expressing himself. His prize for winning season three was the head chef position at Terra Verde, the newest restaurant at Green Valley Ranch. But Harper didn’t just luck into this position or get it through out maneuvering the other aspiring chefs on the show. His 12 years of professional experience in the kitchen paid off big time for him, and for Station Casinos. “Guests have expectations and I’m going to do everything within my power to give them a great dining experience,” he said, adding, “I’m a badass cook.” Italian food isn’t Harper’s specialty, but he knows the fundamentals of food and loves cooking. “I have a lot to bring and a lot to learn,” Harper said.
