Lady Luck Turn Around
The Hollywood-based development firm CIM Group said developments on the shuttered Downtown Las Vegas Lady Luck Casino will be fast tracked to get the property open within two years.
John Given of CIM told the Las Vegas City Council that his priority was to get the property on the “fastest track to turn the lights back on.”
The Lady Luck has been closed for renovations since February 2006, but little work has been done.
Given said CIM would like to buy 5.5 acres of land that houses the Frank Wright Plaza for the redevelopment of the property.
The council approved selling the land.
