Hard Rock Opens Poker Lounge
As part of the property’s $800 million expansion, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino will open what it is billing the first poker lounge in Las Vegas.

The lounge, built at a cost of $30 million, will feature 18 poker tables—including five private, high-limit tables—as well as a kiosk for sports betting, on-site masseuses, 24-hour food service and high-limit slot and video poker machines.

The area will also offer team poker for local groups like firefighters and police officers, and offer comps that include concert tickets and cabanas for pool parties.

“We have brought in world-renowned poker managers, dealers and players in the industry, including Houston Waldie, Jimmy Miller, Steven Braverman and Blaine Goodwin to kick off the only poker lounge in the city,” said Steve Cyr, Hard Rock’s Poker Lounge marketing manager. “Hard Rock likes to push the envelope when it comes to entertainment, so the lounge will be no different.”
